Janus Governance Core defines stack-agnostic specifications for systems that require traceable decisions, explicit evidence handling, and audit-ready records.

Core Principles

Core Lite focuses on a minimal governance kernel: evidence-first evaluation, explicit human authority when accountability is required, and deterministic rebuild from canonical logs.
